🤔Recover your Backpack account

Your seed phrase is the ONLY way to recover your account if you lose your device.

We can't help you to recover your account if you didn't save it and kept in a safe place

1. Open the Backpack extension in your browser.

2. Click on the "I already have an account" button.

3. Enter your username

4. Click "Recover with recovery phrase".

5. A prompt will appear asking you to enter your secret recovery mnemonic.

6. Carefully enter your recovery phrase, being sure to enter each word correctly and in the correct order.

7. Click on "Next" to proceed.

8. Create a new password for your account.

9. Click on "Next" to proceed.

8. Click on "Finish" to complete the recovery process.

9. Your account should now be successfully recovered and you will be able to access your funds and transactions.

It is important to keep your recovery phrase safe and secure, as it is the only way to recover your account if you forget your password. If you face any issues during the recovery process, please contact the Backpack team for assistance.
